You only pay for the office users who work with the Valoon web app instead of WhatsApp (site managers, foremen, office staff). Your crew is always included up to the plan limit.

Anyone who works with the Valoon web app in the office – documenting, analyzing, managing. Those are the licenses you pay for. Your field workers on the job site don't count towards them.
